MySainsburys (also called OurSainsburys) runs through Microsoft, so you sign in with your Sainsbury’s colleague’s email and password. Same details you’d use for other work systems.
Sign in to the employee portal
Important: Use your Sainsbury’s work email, not a personal one. The self-service portal won’t recognise personal addresses.
- Open oursainsburys.co.uk in your browser.
- Type your Sainsbury’s work email.
- Type your password.
- Hit Sign In.
- Done. Your dashboard opens with payslips, rota, work schedule, leave balance – everything in one place.
