Searching for your schedule but can’t figure out where Kronos fits in? Or wondering if it’s a separate system from MySainsburys? You’re not alone. Many Sainsbury’s employees get confused between the two, especially when different stores call it different things.
MySainsburys Kronos (now powered by UKG Workforce Central) is Sainsbury’s workforce management tool integrated into the employee portal.It’s where you view your rota, track hours worked, request time off and manage shift swaps. No separate login needed – Kronos is accessed through the main MySainsburys portal at oursainsburys.co.uk.
How to access MySainsburys Kronos
Important: You don’t need a separate Kronos login. Access it through your regular MySainsburys employee portal using your Sainsbury’s work email and password.
- Go to oursainsburys.co.uk and sign in.
- Look for “Kronos” or “My Schedule” on your dashboard.
- Click to open the workforce management section.
- View your rota, hours worked and pending requests.
Tip: Some older direct Kronos links like sainsburys.kronos.net may redirect or be for specific desktop views. Stick to the main portal for easiest access.
What you can do in Kronos
- View your rota – Check upcoming shifts, start times and work locations
- Track hours worked – See logged hours for each pay period
- Request time off – Submit holiday or leave requests directly
- Swap shifts – Request shift exchanges with eligible colleagues
- Check approvals – See status of pending requests from your manager
Kronos on mobile
Full Kronos features work best on desktop or laptop. You can access it on mobile through your browser at oursainsburys.co.uk, but some colleagues find the layout easier on a bigger screen. Try desktop mode on your phone if things look cramped.
Can’t find Kronos on your dashboard?
Some stores have moved from older rota workflows to UKG Pro or other scheduling tools. If Kronos doesn’t appear for you, ask your manager which system your store currently uses. Different locations can be on different versions at the same time.
