Stuck trying to find your training modules? Or maybe you completed a course but it’s not showing on your record? Many Sainsbury’s employees run into this, especially during their first few weeks when compliance deadlines start piling up.

MySainsburys Learning (also called OurSainsburys Learning) is where all your training sits. Fire safety, food hygiene, health and safety, job-specific skills – everything the company needs you to complete. All in one place inside the employee portal.

How to access MySainsburys Learning

Important: You need to be logged into MySainsburys first. Use your Sainsbury’s colleague email and password at oursainsburys.co.uk.

  1. Log in to the staff portal.
  2. Look for “My Learning” or “Learning Hub” on your dashboard.
  3. Browse available courses or check what’s due.
  4. Click on a module to start.
  5. Complete it and wait for your record to update.

Tip: Some stores label it differently. Can’t find it? Ask your line manager which section your store uses.

Module not recording? Screenshot your completion screen. System delays happen. Proof saves you repeating the same course twice.


What training you’ll find

  • Mandatory modules – Fire safety, food hygiene, health and safety basics
  • Role specific – Till operations, stock handling, customer service
  • Annual refreshers – Compliance updates required every year
  • Induction courses – First week essentials for new starters
  • Development paths – Leadership skills, career progression options

Deadlines matter

The system flags overdue training. Red means you’ve missed the deadline. Your manager gets notified too. Better to knock them out early than deal with reminders you didn’t want.
