Login & Access
What is MySainsburys?
MySainsburys (also called OurSainsburys) is the official employee portal for Sainsbury’s staff. You can view payslips, check rotas, book holidays, update personal details and access training. Available at oursainsburys.co.uk.
How do I log in to MySainsburys?
Go to oursainsburys.co.uk. Enter your Sainsbury’s work email and password. Complete verification if prompted. That’s it.
What login details do I need?
Your Sainsbury’s work email (not personal email) and password. First time users get a default password from HR during induction.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. Enter your work email. Check your inbox for a reset link. Create a new password.
Why is my account locked?
Too many failed login attempts. Wait 30 minutes and try again. Still locked? Contact your manager or call Tech Service Desk on 0345 603 2638.
Can I access MySainsburys from home?
Yes. The portal works anywhere with internet. Use your phone, tablet or laptop. No need to be in store.
Can ex-employees access the portal?
Usually no. Access stops when you leave. Contact HR if you need old payslips or documents.
Payslips & Pay
How do I view my payslip?
Log in to oursainsburys.co.uk. Go to “MyHR” or “Payslips” section. Select the month. View, download or print.
When do payslips appear?
Usually a few days before payday, around Thursday morning. If yours isn’t showing, wait 24 hours before contacting HR.
Can I download my payslip as PDF?
Yes. Open your payslip, click download or print, and save as PDF. Keep copies for tax or rental applications.
My payslip shows wrong hours. What do I do?
Compare with your rota first. If there’s a genuine error, speak to your manager or contact HR to investigate.
Where do I find my P60?
In the MyHR section of the portal. P60s are available after April each year. If you can’t find it, ask HR.
What’s on my payslip?
Gross pay, tax deducted, National Insurance, overtime, bonuses, deductions and net pay. Your tax code is also shown.
Rota & Kronos
What is Kronos?
Kronos (now called UKG Workforce Central) is the scheduling system Sainsbury’s uses. It’s built into the MySainsburys portal. You can view rotas, track hours and request time off.
How do I check my rota?
Log in to oursainsburys.co.uk. Look for “My Rota”, “My Schedule” or “Kronos” on your dashboard. Select the week to view your shifts.
Can I view my rota on mobile?
Yes. Use your mobile browser at oursainsburys.co.uk. Full features work best on desktop, but mobile works for quick checks.
How do I request a shift swap?
Go to your rota section. Select the shift you want to swap. Choose “Request Swap” and pick an available colleague. Submit and wait for manager approval.
My shift isn’t showing. What do I do?
Refresh the page and check you’re looking at the right week. Still missing? Speak to your manager before assuming it’s a glitch.
Do I need a separate Kronos login?
No. Kronos is accessed through the main MySainsburys portal. Same login details.
App & Mobile
Is there a MySainsburys app?
Not exactly. The official app is called Colleague Hub. It’s available on Android and iOS. Search “Colleague Hub” in your app store, not “MySainsburys”.
What can the Colleague Hub app do?
Company news, store queries and updates. For full features like payslips and rotas, use the web portal at oursainsburys.co.uk.
Can I check payslips on the app?
No. Payslips are only accessible through the MySainsburys web portal, not the Colleague Hub app.
How do I log in to the app?
Download Colleague Hub from Google Play or App Store. Log in with your Sainsbury’s Digital ID (same as your portal login).
The app keeps crashing. What do I do?
Uninstall and reinstall. Check for updates. Clear cache. If it still crashes, use the web portal instead. The app has known stability issues.
Benefits & Discounts
What is the Colleague Discount Card?
A card giving you 10% off at Sainsbury’s, Argos and Habitat. Increases to 15% during festive seasons. You can nominate a second user at your address.
How do I activate my discount card?
You receive it during your first few weeks. Check your welcome pack for activation instructions or ask HR for the link.
What is Love It?
Love It is Sainsbury’s employee benefits platform powered by Reward Gateway. Access discounts at 1000+ retailers including restaurants, cinemas and shops. Also used for colleague recognition.
How do I access Love It?
Go to sainsburys.rewardgateway.co.uk. Log in with the username and password from your welcome email. Can’t find it? Ask HR to confirm you’re pre-registered.
Can I use my discount at Argos?
Yes. Your Colleague Discount Card works at Argos for 10% off. During Double Up events, your Nectar points are worth double at Argos too.
What’s the Argos Double Up?
Twice a year, Sainsbury’s runs Double Up events. Your Nectar points convert to vouchers worth double their value at Argos. Combine with your staff discount for bigger savings.
