MySainsburys Payslips

Last updated: April 2026

Need a payslip for a landlord? Checking if your overtime came through? Or just want to see where your money went before payday? Most Sainsbury’s colleagues access payslips more than any other feature on the portal.

The MySainsburys employee portal stores your payslip history securely. You can view, download or print your payment records anytime without calling HR or waiting for paper copies.

How to view your payslip

Important: Payslips typically appear a few days before payday. If yours isn’t showing yet, check back closer to pay day.

  1. Go to oursainsburys.co.uk and log in with your work email.
  2. Find “MyHR” or “Payslips” section on your dashboard.
  3. Enter your Colleague Number if prompted.
  4. Select the year and month you want to view.
  5. Click to view, download as PDF, or print.

Tip: Save payslips as PDF to your phone or cloud storage. Useful for rental applications, loans or tax records.

P60 and P45 documents

Need tax documents? They’re also accessible through the portal.

  • P60 – End of year tax summary. Available after April each year.
  • P45 – Issued when you leave the company.

Check the MyHR section or ask HR if you can’t locate them.

Payslip not showing?

Don’t panic. A few reasons this happens:

  • Too early – Wait until a few days before payday
  • Portal delay – Sometimes takes a few hours to update
  • Wrong month selected – Double check the date filter
  • Browser issue – Clear cache or try Chrome/Edge

Still missing after payday? Contact HR on 0800 707 6242.

Can ex-employees access payslips?

Usually no. Once you leave, portal access stops. If you need old payslips after leaving:

  • Contact HR or payroll directly
  • Request copies by email or post
  • Keep your Colleague Number handy

Pro tip: Download all your payslips before your last day. Saves hassle later.

Quick tips

  • Save payslips in a secure folder or cloud storage
  • Keep copies for tax purposes or future reference
  • Download as PDF before leaving the company
  • Contact HR if anything looks incorrect
